We’ve just added another few Microtech out-the-front (OTF) automatic knives to the website– including this stunning Ultratech with a stonewashed tanto blade and grey handle (shown above). Another limited edition model is the burnt orange, double-edged Ultratech (shown below). Ultratechs are knives that can be put to use as a daily carry option. If you want something bigger, try the Combat Troodon. The Makora II is a dressier model. The Scarab and QD Scarab are also quite impressive.

Without a doubt, Microtech makes the finest OTF knives on the planet. No serious collection is complete without one of these iconic blades. Be careful. They’re razor sharp. In fact, my mother has insisted that I start including a copper Penny with each knife. Superstition doesn’t hurt. Here’s a list of what we currently have in stock:

Not unlike holiday sales starting earlier and earlier each year, new products typically announced during Shot Show are leaking before the firearms industry’s biggest event kicks off. Late last week, nearly a week before Shot Show in Las Vegas, we learned that Glock is bringing three new, optics ready, pistols to market: the model G34 MOS, G35 MOS, and G40 MOS– a 9mm, .40sw, and 10mm long slide, respectively.

Magpul announced a new 60 round drum magazine and more interestingly: an OEM replacement magazine for Glock 9mm pistols. These Magpul Glock mags will have an MSRP around $14.95 and feature the same high-quality polymer that PMAGs use, an anti-tilt follower, and special base plates. Plus, the same boring reliability you’ve come to expect from Magpul.

LWRC unveiled a carbine in .45acp— shown in a stunning Titanium Cerakote finish. Stay tuned for more info and pricing soon.

If we can judge anything by Shot Show, 2015 should be an exciting year for the firearms industry. Hopefully, the BATFE won’t stand in the way of the burgeoning NFA market. Last week’s letter from the agency regarding the use of the Sig Sauer pistol brace was discouraging. Government intervention like this hurts consumer confidence and punishes our fragile economy.

We’ll have more product updates and pricing soon. In the meantime, check out the new Microtech automatic knives we’ve added to the website. Also, we’re down to a baker’s dozen of the full auto Mk18 BB Guns from last week’s newsletter. Only $119 while supplies last!

Have a good week and God bless. — Evan

The Microtech Combat Troodon is their largest out-the-front (OTF) automatic knife. It features a black drop point blade with plain edge. The handle is black anodized aluminum with bead blast finished steel glass breaker, pocket clip and hardware. The 3.8″ ELMAX steel blade brings overall length to 9.5″. Made in USA.

Today, we’re featuring a couple of items at historic low, blowout prices. First, we have the Arsenal SLR106FR Krinkov pistol in 5.56mm. In good times, this amazing piece goes for $999. But with a glut of inventory and sluggish market conditions, we’re blowing these out at 50% OFF: only $499. That’s UNDER dealer wholesale cost. We have two units available at this price. This is the perfect foundation for a Krinkov short barrel rifle build. Just use BATFE Form 1 and add a folding stock. [Click here]

We’ve also got one LWRC M6A2 rifle left over from last year. It’s the last of the classic M6A2s before LWRC switched over to ambidextrous M6IC lower receivers on all of their guns. For that reason, we’ve got it BELOW DEALER COST: only $1599. [Click here]

That’s all for this week, my friends. Have a good weekend and God bless. — Evan

You’re looking at two new products that will help simplify your life in 2015: the Key-Bar and the High Speed Gear iTACO. The former is an innovative system to organize your keys while the latter is a solution that combines a phone case with the utility of a wallet. Both products minimize clutter and are slicker than whale poo.

The iTACO is only $25 and is available in Multicam, Black, and Urban Grey. Not unlike other TACO pouches, it is scalable to fit just about any phone on the market– except, of course, the supermassive iPhone 6 Plus. The iTACO has slots on each side for your identification and credit cards, plus room for cash. It’s great for travel, since you can run it with bare essentials and carry it in your front pocket to combat opportunistic thieves.

Right now, we’ve giving away one of these iTACO wallets on Instagram. So, if you aren’t following us on Instagram, now is the perfect time to check us out. Simply follow @onpointfirearms @highspeedgear and @keybar on Instagram. Tag three (3) of your buddies in the comments section and BOOM: you’re entered to win.

We don’t carry Key-Bar because they only sell direct. However, it’s been such a life-changing product for me, I wanted to spread the word about them. They’re available in a dizzying array of materials and finishes– from aluminum (shown) to carbon fiber and titanium. Check them out at www.keybar.us and tell them On Point Firearms sent you!
